amber turns 1! - photo session

my adorable goddaughter, Amber, is now a year old.. and now standing on her own! :-) time flies! just a few months ago, we had photo sessions for her every 3 months. since i don't have kids myself, it was amazing to see how babies could grow in just a few months. see her growth and progress below during those photo sessions.

i'd like to thank her mom and dad for giving me this wonderful opportunity to document her 1st year. i think this will be the best gift i can give to my goddaughter and i hope she will appreciate these when she's old enough. :-)

here's a photo i took of her at the hospital when she was born :-)

i took this adorable photo during a picnic in the park after her baptism when she was in about 5 months :-)

...and here are more photos during her 1 year session on a lovely spring afternoon last memorial weekend :-) the photo session was held in my favorite place, Central Park in Manhattan NYC. i loved her colorful outfit that her mom brought! she is so adorable and is such a happy, playful kid. she just loved being in that bucket that i brought which explains why there are a lot of photos of her in the bucket. i was so glad that i decided to bring it for the session :-)

she now can not only stand on her own but sit and balance on her own as well:

don't you just love that cute face!

playing with bubbles...

she loves to clap...

now this is my favorite shot of the session!...
she was too excited to be in the bucket that she was screaming and holding on tight :-)

luv ya amber...
lots of love and kisses
